ug运行问题

各位前辈:
小弟刚把ug4.0装上,可是不能运行,小弟也运行LMTOOLS了,可是电脑还是提示错误,我怀疑是许可证的问题.
电脑提示错误如下:
intialization error_
nx licence error:the licence has not been started yet,or ug_license_file is set to the wrong port @host <-15>
请那位前辈帮助解答.多谢多谢.
