Feature update.
Registered bug fixes:
* #448: File from customer had broken polylines.
* #447: Markup text rotated 315 degrees gets shifted when saved to JPEG.
* #444: Using mousewheel to zoom in didn't work as expected when used on a secondary monitor.
* #443: Display of "unknown format" dialog during command line conversion caused ViewCompanion to use 99% of CPU capacity.
* #442: Printing from command line ("viewcompanion.exe" /p %1) sometimes only printed a blank sheet.
* #441: Tiff with JPEG compression was not supported. Added support to Premium.
* #440: HPGL file from customer caused an error during conversion to PDF.
* #439: Postscript problem. Added option "Disable Page Cropping".
* #431: File from customer had misplaced raster images.
New Features (all versions):
* Added move down and up buttons to batch dialog to allow rearranging of files in file list.
* New option under Tools->Options->Advanced: Create Thumbnailsin Page Bar. Disable this option to improve file load performance.
New Features (Pro and Premium only):
* Added Picture element to the markup xml format. More information here.
* Linestyle can now be changed for polyline elements.
